GPM Anti-Slip provides a significantly improved coefficient of friction compared to any standard smooth or sandtex type powder coating. 
 

GPM Anti-Slip is a low-bake polyester powder coating with a very rough coarse sandtex effect providing excellent anti slip properties. The coating has excellent wear and rub resistance and very good outdoor durability.  

Slip Resistance Tested—Independently certificated for its ‘Determination of the anti-slip properties’ (As CEN/TS16165 & DIN 51130 / CEN/TS16165 & DIN 51131) 

Independently tested for its ‘Determination of the anti-slip properties’ (As BS 7976-2 Pendulum Friction test, both wet & dry.  

Fire tested—in accordance to NF EN 13501-1:2013 with Reaction to fire classification : A2-s1,d0.

To ensure the best quality finish and lifespan of your job it is important to include the most suitable pre treatments;

Shot blasting if required and is recommended for refurbishments

All items are degreased and air sprayed
Masking, standard bungs, tapes & plugs where required.

Suitable primers are available depending on material to enhance and protect the finish.

Hybrid epoxy polyester powder coatings is generally used for indoor applications where combination in durability and superior colour stability are required.

Shot Blasting

Shot blasting is a cost-effective way to prepare steel and some other materials prior to the application of a protective or decorative coating. We can remove any existing deteriorated coatings or remove iron oxide and heavy rust from most steelwork.
